On Industrial Dr. and Depew St., Hamilton wears its history like a badge of honour. This mural by local legend @lestercoloma stands tall among the factories, paying tribute to the labourers who forged the city’s identity in sweat, fire, and steel.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Coloma’s work always digs into the overlooked stories of the city, whether it’s a vanished bridge, a working-class district, or the sparks that built an industry. Although Coloma's work is usually seen on a massive scale, we also love to see his artwork sprinkled throughout the city on a smaller scale as well.
