January 25, 2025's snowstorm was already a nightmare, but leave it to a gang of turkey vultures to make things extra chaotic. These feathered troublemakers decided to block traffic, adding a whole new meaning to ‘gridlock.’

If you were one of the unlucky souls stuck downtown, trying to make it up the Mountain during rush hour—yeah, that was a solid two-hour journey thanks to the weather shutting down the accesses and cars piling up. Brutal.

Moral of the story? Hamilton winters don’t mess around, and apparently, neither do turkey vultures. Stay safe out there, folks! 274 Mountain Brow Blvd, Hamilton, ON L8T 1A6
